We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your salon or spa appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee per appointment.

If you miss your appointment without notifying us that is considered a "no call no show" and your card on file will be charged the full amount to ensure our service providers are fairly compensated for their time.
